Legalities

• All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above.
• We reserve the rights to request for a valid photo ID to verify recipient’s age.
• We reserve the rights to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or are physically or verbally abusive to any of our team members.
• We reserve the rights to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfil them for any reasons. (eg, Out of stock, error in pricing) should and we apologies in advanced that if your item is unavailable.

Delivery Policy

• For purchase below SGD $100, there will be a SGD $10 delivery fee per order for standard delivery. Free standard delivery for purchase of SGD $100 and above. Express delivery for any purchase amount, there will be a SGD $25 delivery fee per order.  
• Delivery to Sentosa will incur an additional SGD $10 delivery charge which is not included in the checkout price and will be collected in cash upon delivery. 
• In a case of a failed delivery, or failed payment, a charge of not less that $15 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative costs and mileage.
• Advanced orders can be placed by calling our hotline: +65-9425566, Monday to Friday from 11am to 9pm & Saturday/Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. 

Delivery Timings

• Standard delivery will take approximately 2-3 business days. Express delivery will be within 24 hours after payment. No Delivery on Sunday & Public Holidays. 
• Delivery timings can be scheduled at your desired time, subject to availability.

Payments

• For orders via website, payment methods offered are via online VISA/MASTERCARD payment, PayNow, FAST Bank Transfer.
• For orders via hotline, payment methods offered are via Cash, PayNow, FAST Bank Transfer. 

Cancellation/Returns

• Cancellation is generally only allowed 8 hours before the specific delivery time slot by contacting our hotline. 
• Returns are generally not allowed but subjected to terms and conditions (damage upon delivery, special event consignment, change of mind). Please contact our office directly for more information.

Other Terms and Conditions

• All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately.
